Q.
Why did you decide to work in Japan after being an international student?
A.
The reason I decided to work in Japan is that I want to make a career in Japan because I thought that if I returned to my country, I would have to also spend time to find my job.
Q.
What was your best experience while working in Japan?
A.
It was a survey that was written by customers with my name used many times. I thought it was not a service just to order and provide food, so I tried to make a good time for our customers.
Q.
What are some difficulties you faced while job-hunting and how did you overcome them?
A.
When I compared myself with Korean international students that had more ability than me, my self-esteem dropped a lot but I believed that there was a company that wanted me, and I continued my job hunting activities with conviction.
Q.
What are your goals and dreams?
A.
The ramen in Japan is very very good so someday I want to start a business related to ramen in Korea.
Q.
What advice can you give to those who are thinking of working in Japan?
A.
Sometimes it happens when you experience cultural differences, but maybe you miss your home. I recommend you meet a partner you can rely on locally. To do so, it is most important to create sincerity and confidence in yourself.
