Q.
Why did you decide to study in Japan?
A.
Soka university is the main reason to study in Japan. My family is totally attached to Soka gakkai and Professor Ikeda’s vision coming to Japan was always a dream since then.
Q.
What was the biggest challenge you experienced while studying abroad in Japan?
A.
The biggest challenges was surviving in Japan financially. Even though I had a poor Japanese knowledge, I could teach English for Japanese students where I could make a little income and scholarship from the university helped me to overcome the challenges.

What can international students enjoy in Japan other than studying?
A.
Apart from studying, there are many things to do in Japan. Enjoying club activities, participating in university events were best extra activities I contributed.
Q.
What advice can you give to those who are thinking of studying in Japan?
A.
My advice for the newcomers is building up confidence. If you are confident on what you’re doing nobody can stop you, and you can achieve your dreams in Japan.
Q.
From 1 to 10 what is your satisfaction rate so far in Japan as an international student?
A.
Out of 10, I will rate 8 since it is challenging to survive in Japan due to language issues and rest is totally amazing.
